Booking confirmation

To all intents and purposes, reservations are subject to payment of a deposit, which can be made by postal order to our address or by bank transfer to the details you receive by email.

Arrival

Your room will be available after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m., please let us know.
In the event of a late arrival, you will still be charged for the entire booked period.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
In the event of an early departure, you will still be charged for the entire booked period.

Payment

We prefer to accept cash. However, you may also settle your account by credit or debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). Cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation/Discontinuation

Reservations may only be cancelled in writing. For cancellations up to 40 days before your scheduled arrival, we will return your deposit to you; following this date you will lose your deposit. In general, the EU rules for cancellation of hotel stays and travel apply. Should you cancel a hotel stay, start your stay late or end it early, you will be billed for the entire booked period or retain the deposit. International cancellation conditions apply. In accordance with the law, the entire facility is a non-smoking area.
Price reductions are for children sharing a room with two paying adults and for stays of a minimum of 4 days.

Animals

We accept small animal friends only by request. However, we trust you understand that they are not allowed to enter the restaurant and Wellness Centre. We would also like to inform you that any damage to property and/or persons is the owner’s responsibility.

If you would like your loved ones to be able to reach you by phone while on holiday, you may give them the following number: 0039 0364 903906. Calls will be diverted to your room from reception.

Internet

To connect to the Internet, use your own computer in the Wi-Fi zone in the hotel lobby or take advantage of the PC provided by the hotel.
